• Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. TURTLEFOX LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
