Return Conditions
Standard Products (non-customized items):
Eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Customized/Personalized Products:
Because these are made uniquely for you, returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- There’s a printing or production error on our part.

- If you’re returning for other reasons (wrong size, changed mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
